15ok Terms & Conditions

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration and at all times during which you use the 15ok platform. 15ok operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. Any account found to have been opened by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds held in that account — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

2.2 Age Verification. 15ok reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID. A player's account may be restricted or suspended pending the outcome of an age verification review. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by 15ok support will result in permanent account closure.

2.3 Personal Use Only. The 15ok platform is provided for personal entertainment use only. You may not register or use an account on behalf of another individual, a group of individuals, a business entity, or any other organisation. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals must relate to your own personal account activity only.

3.1 Registration Accuracy. 3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with 15ok at any given time. If 15ok identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — all associated accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings within them will be forfeited. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 3.4 Unauthorised Access. Upon receiving such notification, 15ok will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation. 15ok will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to notify 15ok promptly after becoming aware of the breach.

3.5 KYC Verification. 15ok reserves the right to require full KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification from any player at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing

5.4 Void Bets. Void bets are refunded to the player's account balance in full at the original stake amount.

7.4 Balance Treatment on Enforced Closure. Where 15ok closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 15ok reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance held within that account, including both real-money and bonus funds, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a player is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, winnings derived from that activity will be forfeited in their entirety.

8.2 Accuracy of Information. While 15ok takes reasonable care to ensure that odds, scores, event data, and game information displayed on the platform are accurate, errors may occur. In the event of a material pricing or data error, 15ok reserves the right to void affected bets and restore the relevant account balances. 15ok will not honour winning bets that were placed at odds resulting from a clearly erroneous price.

8.3 Gambling Losses. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. 8.7 Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation into another language, the English-language version shall take precedence.
